Public Sector Purchases

Public sector organisations can be invoiced for orders placed on this website
(as an alternative to pre-payment methods).

Setting this up involves a simple 3-step process and is applicable to publicly funded organisations such as:

  • Government Depts
  • Councils
  • Hospitals
  • Education
  • Military

 

Setup Procedure

Please note setup is not an instant process so if you need goods urgently we recommend purchasing using a Payment Card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard)

To set up Payment on Account for Public sector organisations we need to link your online credentials (email address and login) with a credit account. This will enable your organisation to pay for online purchases by bank transfer once the goods have been delivered.

To protect both parties, we need to verify that the email address registered online is authorised to place orders on behalf of your organisation.

STEP 1   Register

Register an email address and secure password (which remains confidential to you), including the name and billing address of your organisation.

STEP 2   Email us

Email help@green-magic.co.uk from the email address you have registered, confirming you are authorised to order online on behalf of your organisation.. 

  • Please check that online ordering on account is an acceptable purchasing method for your organisation. If not you will need to email us Purchase Orders instead.
  • If invoices must be emailed to a specific person or department in order to get paid it is your responsibility to inform us.
  • We may request supplementary information to complete the approval process.

STEP 3  Checkout without a card

We will notify you once your account is approved and set up.
For approved accounts the Checkout will now display an additional payment method: Bank Transfer enabling you to complete the purchase without the need to enter card details.

  • Any items you previously added to your basket should already be saved for you in the Checkout, or you may continue to browse and shop.
  • When you reach the Checkout, enter your email address and you will be invited to Log In with your password.
  • You can also Log In before reaching the Checkout to register additional delivery addresses and view previous or saved orders etc.
