Double sided LED lightbox with ceiling hanging kit
Slim profile LED lightbox for suspending from the ceiling or inside a retail store window or as a double-ssided LED menu light box. Double-sided display makes our hanging lightboxes very versatile and eye cataching.
This is an ideal hanging light box design for display in shop windows or hanging from the ceiling in any indoor situation.
Posters should be printed on tranlucent paper such as backlit film as the poster is illuminated from behind.
Smart LED light boxes are just 27.5mm thick (just over 1 inch).
The integrated light diffusion panel creates a bright and even illumination.
Slim profile snap frames (25mm wide profiles) make for easy access for poster changing from each side of the suspended light box. Change posters in situ - there is no need to take down your menu light box to update your message or restaurant menu.
Economical to run thanks to low power consumption and high light output from LED light source.
Low voltage light source make for safe and practical installation.
Price includes ceiling hanging-wire kit and a transformer which plugs into a standard 13A socket together with necessary leads.

Lightbox has an on/off switch located on the bottom edge (caution not to damge this while installing - e.g. by resting the light box on the switch).
Lightweight design makes hanging easy in standard situations. Additional supension components are available for special situations.
CE listed electrical components and all units are CE/UL PAT tested. Each lightbox is supplied with Quality Compliance Certificates.

Ceiling fixings are included
Two adjustable length hanging wires are supplied together with screw-on ceiling fixings (see below). A 13A socket needs to be accessible, often installed at high level or in the ceiling void, connected to a circuit which is controlled by a time clock or can be switched off from an accessible location.
Landscape display
For landscape display the two suspension wires need to be re-threaded through holes provided in the long edge of the frame as the menu light box is configured for portrait display when delivered.
How to hand the light box from a conventional ceiling
The suspended light box comes with 2m drop wires (excess wire can be discarded) plus ceiling anchors for screwing onto the ceiling or for locking onto conventional grid ceilings.
First thread the suspension wires up through the suspension hole in the the clear plastic hangers until it comes to the stop end.
To adjust the length of the drop you require, use the 'cable terminator' fitting on the plain end of the wire.
Tighten using the supplied allen key.
Screw the ceiling mounts onto the ceiling using the plugs and screws supplied.
Screw up the bullet cover to support the wire.
Upgrade to fittings which are easier to adjust with suspended ceiling option
Alternatively order these components to suit either a conventional flat ceiling or a suspended ceiling as they will make adjusting the height easier.
