Can I buy goods on approval?
While it is possible to buy goods on approval generally it is much better to choose carefully before ordering as unless the goods are faulty you won't get back delivery costs and will incurr a restocking charge to cover paperwork, handling and checking returned stock items are OK to resell. Can you give me advice?
Yes of course! We understand that a lot of customers are not used to buying poster frames and other types of display systems. If you're not sure about what to buy we'd much rather you asked rather than risk ordering the wrong thing.

Why won't my card payment go through?
If you think there is sufficient money available but your card payment fails to go through please check these points. Firstly make sure fields such as cardholder's Post Code contain the correct valid information as this data is referenced during the automated card processing operation.
Have you enrolled for the new password based additional security system which has been introduced by leading card issuers? This is similar to Chip and Pin but applies to online sales - it is called 3D Secure (branded as Verified by Visa or SecureCode by Mastercard).
For many transactions use of 3D Secure is now mandatory on our website. Transactions can fail, even though you have adequate funds in your account, because the wrong characters from your password are entered or because you have not yet signed up for this security measure (which is actually designed to protect you the cardholder from possible fraud).
We may well be able to process a card payment manually which fails online through one of these security checks. So please don't give up! Call us for assistance during normal office hours.
How can I get a VAT Invoice?
When you order goods from us online we require your email address. Once your order has been processed we email a receipted VAT invoice to your email address. You may need to check your Junk folder (depending on your settings). Please ensure you print off or forward your Invoice to the correct person within your organisation who may need it to reconcile the card payment and claim back the VAT. if you need a duplicate invoice or if it goes astray for any reason you can request that it be sent again. However it is essential that you help us identify your order by quoting either the Delivery Note number (which also will corresond with the Invoice number) or by quoting your original internet order number (four digits preceeded by #).
Can we buy on account?
If you already have an account with us or if you are a public sector organisation - the answer is Yes. However this functionality has first to be activated by us and it is often as easy to send us a Purchase Order by email or fax. Naturall you can buy online on this website using card payment.
We only offer credit accounts to regular customers, as in our type of business we inevitably have a significant proportion of 'buy occasionally customers'. Our policy, at least for the first couple of orders, is to ask for pre-payment and then review the situation - depending on frequency of purchase and trade references.
Of course you can continue to purchase online using a credit or debit card indefinitely if that suits you.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Unfortunately we cannot generally deliver to USA or other countries outside Europe. There are a few exceptions e.g. when goods can easily be air-freighted and the order value is sufficient to warrant the extra complexity. There is no facility to place such orders online. However we can deliver most of our products throughout Europe and this can be arranged using this website. For example we have many customers in the Republic of Ireland. Please see our Payment and Delivery section for more information and shipping charges.
I need poster holders urgently - can you help?
Often we can! But you need to call us to check availability. Some items are held in stock ready to despatch while others are made to order. Our carrier offers a reliable next day delivery service to most parts of the UK (timed deliveries carry a surcharge). Please try to call before noon if you want something despatched the same day.
Can you print for us?
No, currently we don't print posters and banners. Many of our customers print their own material on their own desktop size printers. For larger format prints and banners there are many local and national companies offering this service. Look for Printers - large format. If you want the job designed as well, then you may choose a local company as it's easier to meet up and explain what you're after.

Do I need to buy fixings separately?
When you buy snap frame poster holders they come pre-drilled for wall fixing and are supplied with screws and wall plugs. Other sign holders such as Slim Frames and Woodline frames can be fixed in many different ways and you need to select and order the correct clip or fixing for the project in hand.
How do you fit Slim Frames into T-pieces?
When plastic Slim Frames are sold with stands the frame has to be 'snapped' into the T-piece (provided as part of the stand). The frame can then be rotated within the T-piece to change from landscape to portrait display. However the frame should not be used with the poster entry slot within the T-piece (i.e. slot at the bottom) since it will not grip properly in this position.
