The pavement sign base filled with water or sand has proved itself a winner. This type of retail forecourt and street sign is now to be found in many sales promotion and poster display applications.

Windcheater with water-filled base

Aluminium snap frames on each side incorporate a waterproof seal to keep paper posters dry.
The snap frame design incorporates neat rounded corners, a safety feature to protect pedestrians who may stumble or accidently catch the frame.
Sturdy springs allow the frame to deflect in strong winds to minimize risk and ensure the sign will not blow over.
The base should be filled with water prior to use.
To make it practical to move the sign each base is fitted with a set of wheels. Tilt the whole unit until its weight is borne on the wheels and simply roll it along.
