Free standing poster holders - with two styles of heavy base

Display your own print or poster in these free standing signs. Simply slide your print into the A3 or A4 size frame and adjust to the required height. We are a specialist supplier of freestanding signs which we call FreeStanders.

All models can be used Single-sided or as a Double-sided poster stand (by inserting two sheets of paper - one each side of the supplied stiff backing sheet).
Choice of Base: On this page you will find models with a heavy circular base with and without a decorative base cover - we call these respectively a Basic Base or a Covered Base. The floor sign base looks noticeably smarter in a hotel foyer, office or conference suite when supplied in the covered version. Click above image to compare side by side.

A4 floor stand with heavy base

Floor standing sign holder with round base made from dense recycled plastic suitable for use indoors or outside. This is our Basic Base. (Scroll down for our classier covered version).
Supplied with A4 poster frame (can be used landscape or portrait) colour co-ordinated with height adjustable pole. Base colour is charcoal. For available frame/pole colours see drop-down list.
Print your own signs on standard A4 size paper using your home or office printer. Laminate them if you wish (they will still fit the frame because it is fractionally oversized).
You can also order Poster Protectors to cover your paper sign and offer some protection (not waterproof - for that you must laminate).

A3 floor stand with heavy base

Floor stand sign holder with circular Basic Base made from 100% recycled dense plastic suitable (looks like a very hard rubber) for use indoors and outside (see details).

Supplied with A3 size poster frame (which can be used portrait or landscape) colour co-ordinated with telescopic adjustable height pole.
This pole is a firm push fit into the base and can be demounted easily for storage or transporting.
Popular and effective solution for temporary direction signage, wayfinding signs, events, open days, outdoor POS etc.

For a more refined appearance consider our Covered Base (scroll down to view) which would be more in keeping with high class venues or smart occasions if the budget allows.

Covered Base sign stand

These more attractive Covered heavy base floor signs are free-standing and comprise an A4 or A3 size poster frame on a telescopic pole with an attractive weighted base.

The Covered Base available only in black is made in two parts.

The heavy 'core' is our Basic Base made of dense recycled plastic with a coarse-grained finish.
Over the top there is a decorative cover moulded to give the whole base a more refined apperance. This creates a noticeably smarter look and is suitable for use indoors and outside.

Base add-on water bag

When free standing signs are to be used outdoors extra stability can be achieved using an add-on water-fillable base bag.

Shaped like a ring doughnut (donut) the flexible waterbag is simply placed over any of our FreeStander bases before inserting the pole. When filled with water it will contribute significantly to the stability of the floor sign in windy outdoor conditions.

Helps prevent A4 and A3 floor signs blowing over outdoors.
