A4 floor stand with heavy base

Floor standing sign holder with round base made from dense recycled plastic suitable for use indoors or outside. This is our Basic Base. (Scroll down for our classier covered version).
Supplied with A4 poster frame (can be used landscape or portrait) colour co-ordinated with height adjustable pole. Base colour is charcoal. For available frame/pole colours see drop-down list.
Print your own signs on standard A4 size paper using your home or office printer. Laminate them if you wish (they will still fit the frame because it is fractionally oversized).
You can also order Poster Protectors to cover your paper sign and offer some protection (not waterproof - for that you must laminate).

Stability outdoors: These floor standing poster holders may be used outside and will normally be stable in moderate winds. Under more severe conditions they may blow over unless a sandbag or similar is placed on the base. Alternatively consider the A4 Tilt with 500mm fixed height pole: it is considerably more wind stable as the overturning moment is halved compared with a 1m pole.

Basic base is made from recylcled plastic. The base is durable and is suitable for long term outside use. The appearance is somewhat rough-cut whereas our alternative version of this sign base fitted with a decorative top cover is more pristine.

The base is moulded with a push-fit socket to take a 25mm (1in) diameter pole.

Telescopic pole is similar to a parasol pole with lever clamp to allow height adjustment from 1m up to 1.8m high. A T-piece with integral M10 threaded stud screws into the top of the pole and then the frame is clipped into place within the T-piece.

A4 size Slim Frame can be fitted portrait or landscape. The frame can also be removed and another size fitted later. The frame has a poster insertion opening in one edge so a standard A4 print or laminated A4 sign can be inserted (no need to trim back to dead A4 as the frame is oversized to take a laminated (encapsulated) A4 print.

Like all our Slim frames we supply a backing sheet made from stiff twin-wall fluted plastic generically known as correx. The correx backing sheet serves to stiffen up paper or laminated signs - especially valuable outdoors. For double-sided use simply insert a sign each side of the backing sheet.

Available accessories include A4 poster protectors - clear anti-reflex plastic to protect paper posters. Note these do not make the sign waterproof. For use outside or in a humid environment always use a laminated paper sign.

The pole, T-piece and frame colour all match. The base is black (charcoal).
