SignClampers

SignClampers have a heavy rubber-like base made from recycled plastic. The base is 400mm square, weighs 11kg and is suitable for outdoor use.

A pole made from heavy duty green PVC tube fits securely into the base. Sign Clamps slide up and down the pole and are easily tightened by hand. The clamps will hold a Correx or Foamex sign board or panel - panels 4mm to 6mm thick are ideal. Various size panels can be used: a signboard around 500mm wide x 700mm high would be typical.

There are two pole heights available, 1.4m or 1.8m. This freestanding outdoor sign stand is obviously more wind stable when used with smaller sign boards and the shorter pole height since the overturning moment (wind toppling over force) is reduced.

SignClampers are portable. The pole is fitted with a tapered shoe which is a firm push-fit into the base. The base is heavy enough to be wind stable in most situations but light enough to be moved when required.

SignClampers are used to display free-standing Correx board signs in garden centres or foam-board sign panels in temporary car parks or at outdoor events.

The whole unit is rust free and durable outside for many years of use.

These SignClampers are free standing poster holders - i.e. when the poster is screen printed or digitally printed onto a rigid board or panel. Other models of SignClamper featured in our printed brochure can be screwed to the face or top of a wooden table or other solid fitment instead of relying on a heavy base to make the panel holder wind stable.
