High volume and branded snap frames

Bespoke size snap frames and special colours are usually more expensive than the corresponding stock frames unless the quantities are large (for example 800 smaller sizes or 400 larger sizes) in which case there is no premium for special colours and our quantity prices will be highly competitive. Moreover for volume production we can offer virtually any RAL colour in any size frame made from the snap frame profile of your choice.

Branding of snap frames (e.g. with a logo on the frame border) can be achieved using adhesive decals for smaller quantities or by screen-printing for large orders.
Even special labelling and packaging requirements can be met. Please call to discuss.

Small quantity special snap frames

For smaller quantities different parameters apply. A more limited range of standard colour extrusions is held in stock in 25mm and 32mm profiles. From these we can manufacture even just a few frames at a time. The costs are higher but not prohibitive if you especially want a non-standard size or, for example, a particular colour in a standard size frame.

State size clearly

When requesting a quotation please tell us whether your dimensions are poster sizes (which we assume by default) or external frame sizes. the latter may be vital if the frame is to fit into a given space. Always allow a minimum of 10mm all round for opening the frame if it to be set into an alcove or recess.

A next day delivery service is not available for special sizes and colours. We will advise you the lead time when we quote. If you have a particular requirement please tell us and we will advise whether it is achievable.

Examples of special sizes for snap frames

6 Sheet posters generally measure 1200x1800mm. Six sheet is the bus stop poster size. While 6 Sheet is large for a snap frame it is possible (but snap frames this size are not suitable for actual bus stops.

Be aware that 6 sheet is also a term used to describe 81x81" in US where One Sheet means 27x41". The moral is: specify poster frames by actual poster size not by name!
